Deposits & Withdrawals
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This page explains how money goes in and out of your Vembit account. It is part of our Terms of Service. Wallet in the app always shows the methods, coins, networks and minimums available to you right now.
1. Your balance
- Your Vembit balance is a cash balance in US dollars. Deposits are credited in US dollars, and every trade, fee and withdrawal is counted in US dollars.
- It is the amount Vembit owes you. Your deposits are not kept in a separate (segregated) account in your name: they are held in Vembit’s own account with our crypto payment processor, mostly as a stablecoin, together with other customers’ money, and withdrawals are paid from that account.
- It is not a bank account, it does not earn interest and it is not covered by any deposit protection scheme. There is no crypto wallet or private key for you to hold or export.
2. Ways to deposit
Crypto. You can deposit these coins on these networks:
| Coin | Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | TRON (TRC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) |
| USDC | Solana, BNB Chain (BEP-20), Base, Polygon, Ethereum (ERC-20) |
| BTC | Bitcoin |
| ETH | Ethereum |
| SOL | Solana |
| LTC | Litecoin |
| TRX | TRON |
Buy crypto. You can buy crypto with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or a local payment method through our on-ramp partner, Swapped.com, and have it sent straight to your Vembit deposit address. You buy the crypto from the partner, under its own terms and fees, and it may ask you to verify your identity. The minimum is $20.
Payment methods by country. The partner shows the payment methods it offers in your country (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PIX or local bank transfer) and opens on the one that suits you best. Which methods are available, including UPI in India, is decided by the partner and can change at any time.
Other methods, such as direct card or UPI deposits, appear in Wallet only when they are available to you.
3. Minimums and maximums
- Minimum deposit: $20 for every coin. If our payment processor ever needs more for a coin, that coin’s minimum is higher; Wallet always shows the current minimum next to every coin.
- Maximum: $50,000 per deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal: $10.
4. How a crypto deposit works
- You choose the amount and the coin. We create a deposit with a one-time address and the exact amount to send. The amount can include a small processing fee from our payment processor; if it does, the screen shows the fee and how much reaches your cash.
- Send the coin to that address once, for that deposit only, before it expires. The screen shows the time left.
- Your cash is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. How long that takes depends on the network; Bitcoin is usually slower than the others.
- USDT and USDC are credited at $1 per coin. Other coins are credited at the US dollar price fixed when you created the deposit.
- If you send a little more or less than the amount shown, we credit the value of what actually arrives, at the same rate.
5. Sending to the wrong place
- Send only the coin shown, on the network shown. Coins sent on another network, a different coin, or a payment to an expired or old deposit address may be lost, and we may not be able to recover them.
- None of the coins we accept today needs a memo or tag. If the deposit screen ever shows a memo or tag, you must include it. If the wallet you send from asks for one that the deposit screen does not show, stop and contact us.
- If something went wrong, email support@vembit.com with the transaction ID (hash), the coin, the network and the amount. We will look into it and try to help, but we cannot promise to recover the coins.
6. Withdrawals
You withdraw from Wallet → Withdraw, to a crypto wallet that you own, in these coins and networks:
| Coin | Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | TRON (TRC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) |
| USDC | Base, Solana |
| BTC | Bitcoin |
| ETH | Ethereum |
- What you can withdraw: your available cash. Money backing your open positions cannot be withdrawn; Wallet shows how much you can withdraw now. You can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at once.
- Holding and cancelling: when you request a withdrawal, the amount is held from your cash. You can cancel it while it is pending, and the amount goes straight back to your cash.
- Fees: Vembit does not charge a withdrawal fee. The blockchain network fee is taken from the amount sent. Wallet shows an estimate before you confirm; the actual fee is set by the network when the withdrawal is sent and can differ a little.
- How long it takes: withdrawals of up to $100 that pass our automatic checks may be sent automatically, often within minutes. Other withdrawals are reviewed and sent by our team, usually within 24 hours. Some take longer, for example when we need to complete extra checks (section 7).
- Coin amount: withdrawals are requested in US dollars. USDT and USDC are paid at $1 per coin. For BTC and ETH, the dollar amount is converted at our payment processor’s rate at the moment the payment is sent, not when you request it, so the amount of coin you receive depends on the price at that moment.
- Processor minimums: our payment processor has its own minimum payout for each coin, and for some coins (such as BTC) it can be higher than a small withdrawal. A withdrawal below that minimum cannot be sent in that coin; it is rejected and you can request it again in another coin, such as USDT.
- Tracking: you can follow every withdrawal in Transactions.
- If a withdrawal is rejected, the amount goes back to your cash automatically, and Transactions shows it as rejected, usually with the reason.
- Check the address. A payment sent to the address you entered cannot be reversed. Wallet checks that the address looks right for the network, but it cannot tell whether the wallet is yours.
7. Checks and holds
- Every withdrawal is checked before it is paid, as described in our AML & KYC Policy. A withdrawal may go to manual review, for example if the account has not made a deposit, the amount is large, partner commission was recently moved to cash, or the same wallet address is used by another Vembit account.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, your address or the source of your funds, and may hold withdrawals until the checks are complete.
- We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud or abuse, or where the law requires it.
- Practice money, and the practice balances some streamer accounts use, can never be withdrawn.
8. Refunds, chargebacks and mistakes
- We do not send deposits back to the address they came from. To take money out, make a normal withdrawal to your own wallet.
- Questions about a card or other payment you made to a buy-crypto provider, its fees or a refund are handled by that provider. Once the crypto has reached your Vembit account, the purchase is complete.
- If a payment you made to a provider is reversed or charged back after we credited your account, we may take the amount back from your balance, hold withdrawals, and restrict or close the account.
- If we credit your account by mistake, we may correct it, and we will tell you when we do.
